How to cook steak chuck

This dish contains three pound chuck steaks, ¾ soybean cups, ¼ cup of white vinegar, three tablespoons of worcestershire sauce, two tablespoons of salad oil and one teaspoon of ginger soil.

Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Add meat and coat with a mixture. Marinate meat for four hours. Be sure to cool the meat and mix to prevent contaminated food. Heat broiler to medium. Arrange the meat on the roast pan. Place it in broiler and cook for one or one hour and a half hours. Brush meat with excess rends occasionally. The dish serves four individuals.

Devuced Chuck Steak

This charming and pleasure dish contains four pounds of steak chuck bar, six tablespoons of soft butter softened, one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and one teaspoon of dried mustard. In addition, it contains ½ teaspoon of curry powder, ¼ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper and a cup of dry bread crumbs.

Heat the grill at least one hour before serving a plate. Remove excess fat from meat. Use meat softens to improve the steak texture. Mix butter, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, pepper, salt and curry powder in a clean bowl. Set aside the mixture. Set the steak on the grill and cook for 45 minutes, at least 20 minutes for each side. Remove the meat from the grill. Spread each side of the meat with a mixture and pat bread crumbs. Bake meat for five minutes to 10 minutes. To be satisfied with this delicious dish, it is best to serve it with healthy side dishes such as steamed asparagus or butter vegetables. This simple recipe serves six individuals.
